Natalie interned for "I'm Not From London" for a year and a half whilst at school before going to college and she really impressed the team with her journalism and event management skills. A natural, Natalie helped establish a night "Hellcats" which still runs to this day and helped review releases, was a whizz on social media and had great ideas to build our company and engage further with the city and our community. We still work with each other from time to time and Natalie has gone on to make a name for herself in Newcastle in music journalism and events and we wish her the best of luck and believe she will succeed in whatever field or company is lucky enough to hire her.

Natalie was a pleasure to work with! She was very attentive to our projects and showed great understanding and initiative. She provided us with regular detailed plans and updates to keep us in the loop with what she had done and what was in the pipeline. Natalie worked very well solo but also showed good adaptability when we brought her into the office, there was no qualms or wasted time - she jumped in head first and hit the ground running with the team. She would make a good contribution to any company and we hope to one day work with her again!

Overall Natalie is a fantastic client to work with, she had a solid idea of exactly what she wanted while also being flexible enough to allow me to take the initial idea of a logo she had and build on it in my own way, as well as giving me a reasonable and understanding time frame to work around my studies at the time. I've worked with her before in the past and I would definitely be happy to work with her again in the future!

I’ve worked with Natalie at several events at The Cluny in recent years and she is always a pleasure to work with and an exemplary professional. I look forward to working with Tits Upon Tyne, curating fringe events at this year’s Brave Exhibitions Festival, and hopefully on many more projects in years to come.

"I am pretty much as clueless about music publicity and how to professionally release an album as anyone could get - so my initial message to Coat Rack Records was me tentatively looking for advice and prices.

Natalie got back to me quickly with an easy breakdown of services and the offer for a video chat about what I might be looking for. I didn’t feel clueless, I was helped to understand my options and guided trough Coat Rack’s process. The prices are amazing – I expected to be asked for £100s of pounds, but it was totally affordable. I secured a contract for the PR Pick N Mix, which included a Press Pack to get my album out to reviewers which has already given me a stellar review, Freelance promotion which has grown my fan base on social media and YouTube, and Merchandise! T shirts with my album artwork on which I adore!!

Natalie made everything easy for me and handled everything super professionally. I signed off on all artistic decisions but had complete confidence in the direction she took. It was totally in keeping with my aesthetics and really it gave me a huge confidence boost about my music too.

Affordable services, with an emphasis on helping women in music, from my home city. Just a joy to work with, so professional and gave me real results!! It’s been a pleasure working with Coat Rack Records and I would highly recommend them to anyone with songs to master or release."

Having written for Tits Upon Tyne, I’ve seen how dedicated Natalie is to this project. She is always looking for new ways to get the brands visibility increased while simultaneously creating concepts that will help the local area such as the Tits Upon Tyne anti-spiking beer mats. Natalie aided me in giving me a platform to promote my work at a time when I was an unknown writer and since working with her at Tits Upon Tyne I have had numerous opportunities.

I've taught Natalie across a range of university modules for the past three years. She is a hard-working, friendly and diligent person who works well on her own or as part of a team. I supervised her final year project in which she created a striking magazine. I know she's also been working very hard away from her studies across a range of PR, marketing and journalism projects and she always impresses me with her drive and determination. She would be an asset to any company.
